Who we are

We are Lorde Solutions Ltd, a UK software development company (company number 13282788). We build websites, integrations and custom systems for businesses.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect your name, work email, company, project type, budget range, timeline and your role. Phone number and message are optional. We also record how you found us, such as the page that referred you or the campaign tags in the link you clicked.

Beyond the form, the only other collection is the analytics described in the cookies section below, and only if you consent.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Under UK GDPR, this is processing needed to take steps prior to a contract, at your request.

We may also follow up later about our own similar services. We do this under legitimate interests, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us or using the link in any follow-up email.

Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, through the cookie banner.

Where your data goes

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and handle enquiries. Each one processes your data under contract with us:

• HubSpot, our CRM, stores your enquiry. Our HubSpot account uses an EU data centre.
• Resend sends our emails to you.
• Our team is notified of new enquiries via Telegram.
• Cal.com handles bookings when you pick a time for a call.
• The site is hosted on Vercel, with DNS and email routing by Cloudflare.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog (EU region). Both only set cookies after you accept the banner. Before that, PostHog runs without storing anything on your device.

We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from our last contact with you. After that we review them and delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict how we use it, object to how we use it (including objecting to follow-up emails at any time), and receive a copy in a portable format.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

One localStorage entry on your device records your consent choice, so we do not ask you again.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics _ga cookies and PostHog ph_ cookies) are only set after you accept the banner.
